Right of cancellation

You can cancel your contract declaration within 30 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by simply returning the shipment, if you received the goods before the expiry of the deadline. The deadline begins with the receipt of this notification in text form, however, not before the recipient has received the gods (in the event of a repeat delivery of similar goods, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not prior to fulfilling our duties of disclosure according to Article 246, § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB [Introductory Act to the German Civil Code] and our obligations according to Article 312 g para. 1 clause 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3EGBGB. The timely despatch of the cancellation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the cancellation period.

A cancellation is generally excluded in accordance with § 312d para. 4, no. 1 BGB:
All goods that were produced according to customer specifications or were obviously tailored to your personal needs or were not suitable for a return due to their properties.

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, the payments or goods received by both parties are to be restored and, if necessary, any profit drawn (e.g. interest) surrendered. In the event that you cannot return the service and benefits (benefits of use) received in whole or in part or only in a worse state, you shall be obliged to compensate us for any depreciation in value, if applicable. For the deterioration in the goods and for any profit drawn, you will only be under an obligation to provide compensation if such deterioration or profits results from the goods being handled in such a way that goes beyond testing their features and functionalities. “Testing the features and functionalities” refers to the testing and trying out the respective goods as is possible and common in the store. All goods must be returned at your costs and risk. You must satisfy obligations to reimburse payments within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of the cancellation notice or return of the item and for us upon receipt of the same. Excluded from the exchange are any individual made-to-measure items.
